: The environmental benefits of the pre-framing technology are direct and indirect:
- Less emissions: 10x faster & more precise = Less trips to site = ~ 2M tons CO2 not emitted.
To frame walls on site 10x faster and with very little mistakes (with Pre Framing) means that all people involved (crew, designers, managers, contractors) will make less trips to the site. Also, the contractor can use a smaller, less skilled crew and therefore source a local crew. If the pre-framed walls are adopted at scale, this could save up to 2M tons of Co2 (equivalent to 80,000 trips around the world with an Airbus A320) from being emitted into our world.
- 30% less scrap: Data shows traditional off-site construction saves 15 to 25% scrap. We expect even further savings with our method, because we automatically optimise the use of the lumber.

Unlike pre-fab: - We do not need two trips: our compact machine is placed in lumberyards and the pre-framed walls are made right there; - We do not need a factory; - We do not need a crane for installation; - We do not require a specialised crew for installation.
We expect this factor to be the major benefit but it is also the most difficult to quantify. We offer our customers savings of $3k-20k per home built. In the cost sensitive residential construction industry, this offers developers, home builders, contractors and owners the opportunity to incorporate additional green features from the money they saved by using our solution. For example, they can incorporate extra insulation and better windows.
